My name is Jagan Kumar, the Director of TCICS. I am a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, a licensee in good standing with The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), which is the federal regulatory authority that promotes and protects the public interest by overseeing RCICs and international student advisors. I am a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC) and a licensed immigration consultant to practice in the province of Saskatchewan under the The Foreign Worker and Recruitment Services Act (FWRISA license #001164).

I hold a Master’s in Business Administration and my work experience has spanned a couple of decades of operations management, quality and compliance, and process improvements across various industries. What intrigued me to this profession is the rewarding experience that I have had while working with the IELTS testing partners and it was fascinating to understand the importance of these tests and how they mattered to an individual’s education and immigration goals. My next work experience at an IRCC visa outpost where I worked on Temporary Resident Visa processing showed me how complex it is to put forth a visa application and that cemented my desire to help such individuals in the future.

I followed this desire further after I landed as a Permanent Resident in Canada and worked towards becoming an RCIC. My motto is to provide the right guidance for people and communities from across the world seeking to come to Canada. Having experienced the immigration process firsthand and learning from real life experiences, I am sure to represent your case adequately and appropriately.
